- Ice cream sandwiches. If you choose a traditional ice cream sandwich, you can generally enjoy this ice cream treat for less than 150 calories. Good Humor makes a sandwich for 140 calories per bar.
- Fudgesicle. The original fudge treat by Fudgesicle contains only 100 calories per bar. You’ll also find a fudge bar at DQ (formerly Dairy Queen) for only 50 calories.
- Root beer float. This frosty favorite can range in calories depending on how you make it. But if you choose a low-calorie vanilla ice cream and use diet root beer, you can enjoy a float for 150 calories or less.
