Did you know that you can get healthy weight loss advice from a registered dietitian without leaving your home?  Pat Tyra, registered dietitian at North Memorial, provides helpful advice to help you lose weight and keep it off.  Her Health eAudio tips are short snippets of information that you can listen to from your computer.  You’ll learn valuable lessons and each audio clip is under a minute.

  1. There is a problem I encountered with the Website. I clicked the Overeating and the Comfort Food section to listen to the 1 minute sections be Pat Tyra. There is no picture or sound. I went to NMMC site and tried there and ran into the same issue.

    • Hi Susan! Thanks for your comment. When you click on the link, it’ll take you to a blank page except for a small grey rectangular box at the top of the page. It says “play” and has two icons next to it. If you click on the triangle it will play. It’s a little confusing 🙂 it took me a few tries as well.
